Package Art Concepts For Wonder Woman on 4k Blu-ray

We created some package art spec concepts for Wonder Woman (2017) on Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc. These design concepts utilize different promotional images from the film, integrated into a 4k Blu-ray slipcover template.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment eventually chose a design that was very close to our No. 3 concept, except they moved the giant “WW” insignia from the background and placed it underneath the Wonder Woman title. The movie title was also enlarged. And, supporting cast members were also made larger in the background.

The differences in the designs serve a few purposes. By having the insignia below the movie title it became a pedestal on which the title sits, therefore increasing its presence. The movie title should typically be the most dominant element in the design! Additionally, the supporting cast members are brought forward to be more prominent.
